Hey there, I’ve just come back from an amazing experience that I feel almost obliged to share with you guys out there. Basically I went to do a language course in Germany; they call that sprachreise over there (which now does not sound like Chinese to me anymore). Anyways, I had the time of my life whilst over there, really got my head round the language and met loads of lovely people. It’s those people I then decided to do a trip around Europe with. We all had between one and three weeks before having to go back to school/uni/every-day life and so decided to make use of the Eurorail passes that allow you to be as flexible as you want, which meant we could all go together even though some of us had to go home early. It was an amazing experience in every sense, as we got to see loads of different parts of Europe, including the good nightlife in some of the major cities. I am sure we were only able to afford those kinds of luxuries because we had saved so much on the train tickets. That’s why I would highly recommend this kind of travel to anyone who is interested in seeing a bit more of Europe, but who doesn’t have the biggest budget. Get a railpass and you’re sorted!
